Constela

Every tree is a point with its own history.

Constela takes Trokin's engine —get someone to an exact spot, know they truly arrived, and work offline— and applies it to the field. The crew walks the block's order and each task is logged on the spot, offline. The supervisor sees the living map of the cycle.

Hunting a treasure and fertilizing a palm are the same operation.

Navigate to a point, do a task there, prove it was done and log it. Only the task changes. Constela stands on four things that rarely go together.

Every tree, every plot already has its coordinate. It's the costly part, and on an estate it's already there.

Map and compass take the crew to the right palm, not "roughly to the plot".

Work is logged at the point. No more "yes, I already fertilized that plot" without evidence.

The plantation has no signal. The crew logs offline and everything syncs on return to coverage.

The estate, as a constellation.

Each palm is a star; the crew lights them up as they log the block's work. The supervisor sees, live, what's done, what's pending and what's overdue on the cycle.

Offline — syncs on return to coverage

Each palm is a point with its own history; work is logged on the spot. Illustrative example.

What the field pays dearly for.

  • Work traceability: pay per task without dispute, because each task is geo-stamped.
  • The cycle, in view: palm has strict cycles; late fertilization is lost fruit. Constela shows done, pending and overdue.
  • Agronomic compliance: ICA and certifications like RSPO ask for exactly this —who did what task, where and when— which today lives in notebooks.
  • The per-tree history: each palm accumulates its record of fertilization, pruning and census, built from the work itself.

Where it stands.

Constela is in development, in pilot with a large palm plantation. It grows out of the proven engine behind Trokin.

We don't publish savings or traceability metrics yet. When we have results measured in the field, we'll show them with numbers, not before.

Frequently asked questions.

What is Constela?

Constela is a tool to log fieldwork across georeferenced land operations. Every tree or plot is a point on the map with its own history; the crew walks the block's work order and each task —fertilization, pruning, census— is logged when physically at the point, offline. It grew out of the engine that powers Trokin.

How does it know the work was truly done?

Through proof of presence: a task is only logged when the person is at the point (by GPS and geofence). That turns 'yes, I already fertilized that plot' into a geo-stamped, time-stamped record. Human attention in the field becomes something you can measure and pay for without dispute.

Does it work without signal?

Yes, and that's the key. A large plantation has no coverage. Constela works offline: the crew logs tasks at the point and everything syncs when signal returns. What's a convenience in a game is the requirement in the field.

What kind of operation is it for?

Any operation over georeferenced land: oil palm, coffee, cocoa, forestry or cattle. If the points already exist —each tree, each plot, each paddock— Constela turns them into a living map of tasks and their cycle.

How is it related to Trokin?

It's the same engine. Trokin proved it by playing —get someone to a point, know they arrived, work offline. Constela applies it for real: instead of a hidden clue, an agronomic task; instead of points to win, the traceability of the work.

What stage is it at?

Constela is in development, in pilot with a large palm plantation. We don't publish campaign or savings metrics yet: when we have results measured in the field, we'll show them with numbers, not before.
