What it costs.

Petnova costs COP 100,000 per month, Aulastra COP 360,000 and Nidova COP 960,000. The price is per organization and setup is included. What we build for a client we quote per case, with the scope written down before we start.

The products.

Each one is rented complete. No tiers, no features that cost extra: everyone gets the same thing.

Product What it solves Per month Of one employee
Nidova A practice stops losing patients in WhatsApp and stops writing the same record twice. COP 960,000 USD 449 · Outside Colombia 35,4%
Petnova A vet clinic stops losing follow-ups and stops depending on someone remembering. COP 120,000 COP 100,000 launch price COP 1,000,000 / USD 469 · year up front USD 59 USD 49 · Outside Colombia 3,7%

What goes separately.

Workshop, automations and per-case development. The assessment is free today, and if you hire the work we take it off the total.

Item Price What it is
Workshop COP 600,000 USD 289 · Outside Colombia Three half-day sessions, with examples built on the company's real operation.
Workshop package COP 1,600,000 USD 749 · Outside Colombia The workshop, one year of the base platform for COP 1,000,000, and one automation at no cost.
Automation assessment COP 240,000 — included USD 119 · Outside Colombia We look at the operation and say what can be automated. Credited if you hire, and today it's included.
Automation, per case from COP 540,000 + COP 100,000/mo from USD 259 + USD 49/mo · Outside Colombia Repetitive work a person does today and stops doing. Estimated by days; the monthly fee is because someone watches it.
The client's own app COP 2,800,000 USD 1309 · Outside Colombia Downloaded by the client's customers and their own team: online booking and purchase, point of sale with cash handling, and their operation's records. Optional.
The client's own website COP 1,800,000 USD 849 · Outside Colombia Their own brand and domain. Without it the client still has a site, on the subdomain the product generates by itself: what you buy is the brand and the domain, not the site's existence. Optional.

What to compare it against.

The other way to solve it is to hire someone. In Colombia, a minimum-wage employee costs you COP 2,715,572 per month: salary, transport allowance, mandated benefits, vacation, pension, family compensation fund and workers' comp, under the decrees in force for 2026.

That is why each price sits next to the share of that figure it represents.

Always included.

  • Setup: configuration, training and loading whatever data you already have in a file.
  • The price is per organization, not per location. Two locations pay the same as one.
  • Support with a written response time: 4 business hours if the system is down, 24 business hours for everything else.
  • New features released while your contract is active.

Priced on its own.

Two jobs carry their own value and are quoted before we start: digitizing data that today lives only on paper, and building an interface under your brand. The second one is in the table above.

Questions about price.

How much does Petnova cost?
Petnova costs COP 100,000 per month per organization, a launch price against a list price of COP 120,000. Setup is included. You can also pay a year up front for COP 1,000,000. The price does not change with the number of locations or users.
How much does Nidova cost?
Nidova costs COP 960,000 per month, with setup included. It is a conversational clinical system and is deployed dedicated for each practice.
How much does Aulastra cost?
Aulastra costs COP 360,000 per month per institution, with setup included.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is always included: configuration, initial training and loading whatever data already exists in a file. It is only charged separately when data has to be rebuilt because it exists nowhere digital.
Does the price change if I have two locations?
No. The price is per organization — not per location, per user or per volume. We recommend starting with one location to keep control of the process, but that is advice, not a pricing condition.
How much does automating a process cost?
The assessment — looking at the operation and saying what can be automated — costs COP 240,000, is included today and is credited if the work is hired. Construction is estimated by days: most automations fall between one and five. After that there is a COP 100,000 monthly fee per automation, which pays for someone to watch it.
Why is there a monthly fee on an automation that is already built?
Because automations break silently. If the bank changes its email format or a supplier changes a form, it stops working without warning. The fee pays for someone to notice and fix it before the company does.
Can I compare it to hiring a person?
Yes, and that is the right comparison. In Colombia a minimum-wage employee costs the employer COP 2,715,572 per month: salary, transport allowance, mandated benefits, vacation, pension, family compensation fund and workers' comp. Petnova is 3.7% of that and Nidova 35.4%.
