Three sessions, a year running.

The Program costs COP 1,600,000 and includes three workshop sessions on the real operation of the business, a year of the system running, and one automation built. It is designed so that when it ends the team sustains it alone — without depending on us, or on one person inside.

What's included

Three workshop sessions

half a day each

Not theory about artificial intelligence. Two or three examples built on that particular business: what gets written twice today, what gets lost between the message and the invoice, what only one person knows.
A year of the platform

COP 1,000,000 inside the package

Accounting, legal ledger, document cloud, inventory and cash. That's 83,333 a month effective — below list, because it's paid up front and for twelve months.
One automation

at no extra cost

Repetitive work a person does today and stops doing. Chosen during the assessment, looking at the operation.
Human support through rollout

included

Until the system has data in it and the team is using it. In person or remote as it suits; what's committed is that it exists, not the format.
Support with a written promise

4 h / 24 h

Four business hours if the system is down and invoicing stops. Twenty-four for everything else. In the contract, not a verbal promise.

Who it's for

A company where the volume of conversations has outgrown the team, where critical knowledge lives in two or three people, and where repetitive work is consuming time from people needed elsewhere. It may have three employees or forty — the number says nothing. The disorder says it, and whoever has it already knows: it doesn't need explaining.

What it costs

COP 1,600,000

One-time. No setup fee, because setup is always included.

That's roughly one month of a minimum-wage employee in Colombia, with everything the employer pays — COP 2,715,572. The difference is that the employee costs that every month.

For institutions

A chamber of commerce, a compensation fund or a local government can buy the Program for several member companies at once. Same program, same delivery, same support, multiplied — fifteen companies over six months is the size that works best. What changes is that the institution also receives aggregate indicators on how its base did, which is what it has to be able to report.

Each company's data belongs to that company and leaves with it. The institution receives aggregate indicators, never a member's raw data.

Questions

What does the Program include?
Three workshop sessions on the real operation of the business, a year of the platform running, one automation built, human support until the system has data in it, and support with a written response promise.
How much does the Program cost?
COP 1,600,000, one time. There is no setup fee because setup is always included. That is roughly one month of a minimum-wage employee with mandated benefits in Colombia; the difference is that the employee costs that every month.
What is the workshop, and how is it different from an AI course?
The workshop teaches how to automate an operation, not how to use artificial intelligence. It is two or three examples built on that particular business: what gets written twice today, what gets lost between the message and the invoice, what only one person knows.
What is the support response time?
Four business hours if the system is down and invoicing stops. Twenty-four business hours for everything else. It is written into the contract, not promised verbally.
Is the rollout support in person or remote?
Whichever suits. What is committed is that the support exists and how long it lasts — until the system has data in it and the team is using it — not the format.
Can an institution buy the Program for several companies?
Yes. A chamber of commerce, a compensation fund or a city government can buy it for several affiliated companies at once; fifteen companies over six months is the size that works best. The institution also receives aggregate indicators for its base.
Who owns my company's data?
Your company, and you take it with you when it ends. When an institution buys the Program, that institution receives aggregate indicators for the group, never the raw data of one affiliate.

A short conversation is enough to know whether the Program helps your business. If it doesn't, we say so right there.
